It’s Harry Styles’ world, and we’re just living in it.

The 63rd annual Grammys took place last Sunday; we were all lucky enough to be graced by Harry Styles’ presence. While we were used to seeing him in fancy, extravagant suits, this time he came dressed in a simple yet stylish outfit.

He first arrived wearing brown trousers, a pink-patterned sweater vest, a yellow blazer, and his most important item: a lilac feathered boa. Right off the bat, the yellow blazer gave us Cher Horowitz from Clueless vibes. The rest of the outfit gave screamed 70’s rock, something Mick Jagger would wear. The feathered boa was something we hadn’t seen in a long time. A simple item made him stand out from the crowd. Feathered boas are definitely making a comeback.

The second outfit he wore was a forest green leather suit, his signature style along with a pastel green feathered boa, we can see that feathered boas have instantly become one of his favorite accessories- he pulls them off so well. This outfit is the one he performed his iconic song “Watermelon Sugar”. Although we have heard this song many times before, he managed to take our breaths away once again. His voice combined with the ones of his background singers was heavenly.

The third and final outfit he wore consisted of beige plaid trousers, a white muscle shirt, an orange blazer, and yup, you guessed it, a black feathered boa. Harry Styles never fails to turn a simple outfit into something sophisticated.

Just as we thought that night couldn’t get better, we had the opportunity to watch him win his first ever Grammy for best pop vocal performance for “Watermelon Sugar”. He is the first member of the former band, One Direction to win a Grammy. Seeing him receive this award was like watching a baby take their first steps or say their first words. Proud is an understatement. Styles was also nominated for best music video for “Adore You”, and best pop vocal album for his second album Fine Line that was released on December 19, 2020.
